It’s Saturday. It’s lunchtime. And the answer is always PASTA ❤
Here’s the recipe for the delicious Pasta ricotta e pomodoro that are really easy and fast to make!
All you need is:
- rigattoni (or any other kind of pasta you want)
- ricotta cheese
- olive oil
Get up. Go into the kitchen.
Start boling some water for the pasta. Add just as much pasta you want! 🙂
Don’t forget to add some salt in the water!
In a wok add some olive oil. Not too much, not too little.
Chop some garlic (add one or two cloves of garlic) and dice 5-6 cherry tomatoes.
First you add the garlic and you let it cook for like 2-3 minutes.
Next you add the tomatoes. Mix continuously so that it won’t stick to the wok.
If necessary add a little more olive oil.
Add the ricotta cheese (50 gr.). Mix.
Add the pasta in the wok. Mix.
Add of bit of water. Mix until you no longer have any water left in the wok.
Add the pepper, the oregano and the basil.
If you love parmigiano, you can add lots of it on top!
